I thought it might be a good idea to have a section that explains some of the abbreviations that I use to avoid confusion.
12wbt - 12 Week Body Transformation
DD* - Dear Daughter where asterisk is their birth order.
DH - Dear Husband
DOMS - Delayed onset muscle soreness
JFDI - Just F*#*ing Do It
